Hello,

Today we went again to the St. Gerardusschool to observe the children and to inform the teachers.

We saw a lesson of mathematics and the children had some more lessons about the theme they are working with: 'music'.
They talked about popular music and listened to some songs.

There were two children who did a lecture about their favourite popsinger. They did a great job and the other children were a good audiance, because they listened to them with a lot of interest.

During the break my group talked with the teachers about the activities. They were very enthousiast about the activities.

I had some problems to plan al the activities because we did everything in two clasrooms and some things were good to do with both classes on the same time and others weren't.
After a while i finaly thought of a planning that was good for the teachers and for the students.

Here is a short view of the planning:
Thursday:
Class 3:
- Activity of Marian and Monica: Names of animals in another language + bingo game
- Activity of Eva and Xanthi: Drama ==> in a big room with both classes
- Activity of Marian: Coocking

Class 4:
- Activity of Xanthi: Recognizing musical instruments of Greece
- Activity of Eva and Xanthi: Drama ==> in a big room with both classes
- Activity of Marian: Coocking

Friday:
Class 4:
- Activity of Eva: Song
- Activity of Monica: Painting flags

I am looking forward to tomorrow. I have a good feeling about it, because i think that they have prepared it good.
